Term & Conditions

Software License:

1. It is mandatory to use the SAME Product ID / Dongle Key & AutoCount Server to register each / additional account books.

2. Internet connection is required during license activation or verification process.

3. Within 7 days, the server is required to verify license validity online.

4. Additional User must tie to the same Product ID as its Main License and not redistributable.

5. Under the situation of computer hardware failure, the product license ID re-installation / re-hosting charges will be free for 2 times only within each calendar year. It will only incur charges from the third time onwards at a cost of RM 108 each time.

6. The license is Non-transferable.

Yearly Support Maintenance Including

1. Free Software update on Ver 1.x / 2.x  (if there is a release during your subscription period), ensuring your software runs efficiently and is always compatible with the latest operating systems.

2. On-site support outside by our site specialists will be chargeable to the customer in term of meal allowance, out station expenses, traveling expenses and accommodation expenses.

3. E-Mail Support is available and question can be sent uksoftware4u@gmail.com be sure to include details such as your business name and contact number.

4. Unlimited technical phone & online support and advice on any aspect of the AutoCount software.

5. WhatsApp / WAGroup Support is available for those customers without access to the internet, the same information is required as when you e-mail your questions.

6. Trouble shooting by remote access using Anydesk, UltraViewer.

7. Next Business day response.

Should On-Site Support (at client's office) is required, charges will be imposed depending on the distance, estimated time needed and nature of cases.

Support maintenance exclude support of hardware, fixing/rescuing corrupted database, report design, customization, data migration and all non-AutoCount related applications.

The plan will commence upon the signing back of this proposal and last for 1 year.
