Product Mapping


The Product Mapping interface in TD Ordering’s Unicart+ plug-in allows users to easily link SiteGiant product SKUs with corresponding items in AutoCount.


Key Features:

  • Easy Mapping: Match SiteGiant SKUs to AutoCount Item Codes or Package Codes using predefined fields.
  • Custom Mapping Options: Filter by item code, group, type, UOM, and more to refine mapping precision.
  • Default Assignment: Set default items and packages to be used when no direct match is found.
  • Bulk Mapping Support: Import mapping data from Excel or clipboard for faster setup.
  • Visual Mapping Status: Instantly see which items are mapped, changed, or need attention through the item grid display.

This module ensures accurate product synchronization between SiteGiant and AutoCount, greatly reducing errors and saving time in product setup and maintenance.

Import Item

The Import Item function under the Unicart+ plug-in allows users to quickly bring SiteGiant product listings into AutoCount for mapping and further processing.


Key Features:

  • Direct Access Menu: Accessible via Unicart+ > Product Mapping > Import Item.
  • Flexible Filtering: Filter products by item code, item group, type, and package for a more targeted import process.
  • Batch Import Tools: Support for importing items from Excel, clipboard, or syncing directly from SiteGiant using the Add SiteGiant Item button.
  • Bulk Selection & Mapping: Quickly check, uncheck, and map multiple items at once with options to save mappings directly.
  • Detailed Item Grid: View imported items with relevant data like SKU, item description, UOM, group, type, barcode, active status, and auto-sync settings.

This module streamlines the initial product setup process, ensuring faster onboarding and accurate synchronization between SiteGiant and AutoCount.

Pull Order


The Pull Order function in the Unicart+ plug-in allows users to retrieve and manage sales orders from connected eCommerce platforms such as SiteGiant, directly into AutoCount.


Key Features:

  • Flexible Filtering: Retrieve orders based on date range, sales channel, order status, or specific Order ID(s).
  • Batch Processing: Supports bulk selection of orders for confirmation or reposting, streamlining daily operations.
  • Auto Mapping Integration: Automatically maps pulled orders with default or predefined AutoCount item codes.
  • Real-Time Order Overview: View detailed order info including buyer, fulfillment status, payment channel, courier tracking, order amount, and invoice details.
  • Warning & Validation Panel: System alerts users of any mapping or posting issues before confirmation, ensuring accuracy.

This function bridges your online storefront with backend operations, simplifying order handling and reducing manual data entry.


Stock Listing

The Stock Listing feature in the Unicart+ plug-in provides a centralized view to monitor and synchronize stock levels between AutoCount and SiteGiant Warehouse locations.


Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Filtering: Filter items by item code, group, type, UOM, or supplier for precise inventory management.
  • Stock Comparison View: Instantly compare AutoCount stock quantities with SiteGiant’s stock on hand, including sellable and locked stock values.
  • Manual or Auto Sync Options:
    • Perform manual syncing directly within this screen.
    • Enable automatic syncing via Window Service and Auto Sync Item functions.
  • Sync Validation Rules:
    • Sync Qty must be greater than SiteGiant Locked Qty.
    • New Sellable Stock cannot be negative.
  • Online Location Management: View and manage stock by different warehouse locations (e.g., HQ, KL).
  • Duplicate SKU Check: Highlights duplicate entries to ensure clean product mapping.


This module ensures accurate stock synchronization across platforms, preventing overselling and optimizing inventory control.
