The Sales Order and Inventory modules within AutoCount Mobile provide a seamless way for field teams and sales reps to handle product orders, verify stock availability, and issue accurate transactions — all from their mobile devices.

  • Instant Order Creation: Quickly create new orders for customers using predefined terms (e.g., Net 30 days), linked addresses, and customer branches.
  • Auto-Generated Document No.: Each order is automatically numbered for traceability (e.g., MO-00004).

Payment Module in TD Ordering Mobile allows sales and collection teams to receive payments on-site, apply them instantly to outstanding invoices, and generate up-to-date payment summaries — all from a mobile device.


Receive Payment Instantly

  • Accept payments from customers directly on the spot
  • Supports multiple payment methods: cash, bank transfer, cheque, etc.
  • Example:
    • Customer: ACD SDN BHD
    • Payment Amount: RM3,000 via AMBANK BERHAD
    • Auto Knock-Off: Applied to invoice 2505-001 (RM14,000 outstanding)

Automatic Knock-Off (FIFO Logic)

  • System auto-applies the payment to the oldest outstanding invoices
  • Manual override available — select any invoice to knock off
  • Tracks:
    • Original invoice amount
    • Outstanding balance
    • Amount knocked off
