Scan Data Functionality

TD Stock enhances usability through advanced scanning options


Activate the “Scan Data” toggle for bulk scanning.

Customize scan quantities using the adjustable “Scan Qty” feature.

Receive system alerts for non-existent items, ensuring accuracy.

Post data directly to the backend for seamless integration with AutoCount software.


Stock Take

This feature provides a structured approach to inventory management:


Create new Stock Take documents or edit existing ones.

Assign specific locations for stock-taking activities.

Save incomplete sessions for later with the “Save Draft Document” option.

Once finalized, the system syncs changes to AutoCount softwar. Thus, ensuring data consistency.



Stock Transfer

Facilitate inventory movement with ease:


Transfer stock between locations, such as Selangor to HQ.

Use scanning functionalities similar to Stock Picking.

Enable auto-transfer settings to minimize manual tasks.


Stock transfers are logged and accessible via AutoCount for auditing and reporting.




Backend 

The Backend interface in TD Ordering provides a centralized view of all mobile orders, enabling users to efficiently manage and convert mobile transactions into AutoCount Backend.
