Class of employers which need to register for HRDF

Businesses or employers with 10 or more Malaysian employees are required to register for HRDF contribution

APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY

  • Malaysian citizen aged 18 to 65 years old
  • Current self-employment must be at least 1 year
  • Minimum monthly net pay: RM1,000
  • Office telephone number and HP/home telephone number are compulsory
  • One contactable referee required
  • Applicant must be contactable


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Business Registration Form
  • Photocopy of I/C of proprietor/partners/directors (front and back)
  • Latest 3 months company bank statements
