Item Storage Entry
Register items under a member’s account with validity period.
Print receipt with item details, validity, and balance quantity.
Redeem & Forfeit Item
Redeemed or forfeited items automatically decrease StorageQty.
System prevents negative balance, ensuring accuracy.
Storage Qty – shows current storage balance.
Total Qty – sum of normal stock + storage.
Tracking & Reporting
Dedicated Redeem / Forfeit Listing with filters by date, member, and item.
Audit trail with user ID and timestamp.
