License Trial Request Rules

Temporary License

• Purpose:
  The Temporary License is provided for testing or evaluation purposes only. It allows customers to experience and assess system features before making an official purchase.
• Usage Scope:
  It is intended solely for trial or demonstration use and must not be used for live or commercial operations.
• Validity Period:
  The Temporary License is valid for a limited period, usually between 7 to 30 days, depending on the request and approval.

Permanent License

• Definition:
  The Permanent License is the officially authorized and paid license, granting the customer full rights to use the system after successful activation.
• Legal and Technical Validity:
  Only the Permanent License provides full system rights, including product usage, updates, and technical support eligibility.

Important Notes

• A Temporary License does not represent ownership or entitlement to the full system.
• Any data or configurations created under a Temporary License should be backed up before it expires.
• Conversion from a Temporary License to a Permanent License requires official payment and activation.
• The company reserves the right to revoke or deny any Temporary License request without prior notice in case of misuse or violation of terms.

AutoCount License Policy

1. It is mandatory to use the SAME Product ID / Dongle Key & AutoCount Server to register each / additional account books.

2. Internet connection is required during license activation or verification process.

3. Within 7 days, the server is required to verify license validity online.

4. Additional User must tie to the same Product ID as its Main License and not redistributable.

5. Under the situation of computer hardware failure, the product license ID Re-installation / Re-hosting charges will be free for 2 times only within each calendar year. It will only incur charges from the third time onwards at a cost of RM 100 each time.

6. The license is Non-transferable.
