许可证试用请求规则

临时许可证

• 目的：
  临时许可证仅用于测试或评估目的。它允许客户在正式购买之前体验和评估系统功能。
• 使用范围：
  仅用于试用或演示，不得用于实时或商业操作。
• 有效期：
  临时许可证有效期有限，通常为7到30天，具体取决于申请和批准。

永久许可证

• 定义：
  永久许可证是经过官方授权并已支付的许可证，授予客户在成功激活后完全使用系统的权利。
• 法律和技术有效性：
  只有永久许可证提供完整的系统权限，包括产品使用、更新和技术支持资格。

重要说明

• 临时许可证不代表对整个系统的所有权或权利。
• 在临时许可证下创建的任何数据或配置应在其到期之前备份。
• 从临时许可证转换为永久许可证需要正式付款和激活。
• 公司保留在滥用或违反条款的情况下，随时撤销或拒绝任何临时许可证请求的权利，恕不另行通知。

AutoCount License Policy

1. It is mandatory to use the SAME Product ID / Dongle Key & AutoCount Server to register each / additional account books.

2. Internet connection is required during license activation or verification process.

3. Within 7 days, the server is required to verify license validity online.

4. Additional User must tie to the same Product ID as its Main License and not redistributable.

5. Under the situation of computer hardware failure, the product license ID re-installation / re-hosting charges will be free for 2 times only within each calendar year. It will only incur charges from the third time onwards at a cost of RM 100 each time.

6. The license is Non-transferable.
