Online / Onsite Training Appointment Standard Rules

1. Booking & Confir​mation
  • All training appointments must be booked at least 5 working days in advance.

  • The appointment is confirmed only after the official confirmation email is received.

  • Changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the training date.

2. Training Duration
  • Training times are as stated in the appointment confirmation.
  • Late arrivals will be deducted from the scheduled training time.
  • The trainer is not obliged to extend the session beyond the confirmed end time.
3. Participant Readiness
  • The client is responsible for ensuring all required equipment (computer, internet, software) is set up and tested before the session.
  • All relevant staff must be present and available at the appointed time.
4. Session Format
  • Online Training: Will be conducted via agreed platforms ( Google Meet ). Client must have a stable internet connection.
  • Onsite Training: Client must provide a suitable space with equipment (projector, screen, internet) as agreed.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • In the event of trainer illness or unexpected circumstances, the company reserves the right to reschedule.
6. Scope of Training
  • Training is conducted based on the approved agenda.
  • Additional topics or requests that arise during the session may be deferred to a separate appointment.
7. Training Materials
  • All training materials and resources remain the intellectual property of the company.
  • Unauthorized recording, duplication, or sharing of training materials is prohibited.
8. Client Obligations
  • Ensure relevant staff have the basic required knowledge for the training.
  • Provide a contact person for any questions before or after the session.
9. Company Rights
  • The company reserves the right to amend or update these rules and policies when necessary.

  1. Remote Access to Server
    服务器远程连接
    • 请准备好远程软件(如 AnyDesk 或 UltraViewer)
    • Please ensure remote access is available via AnyDesk or UltraViewer.
  2. Pre-Upgrade Backup
    升级前备份资料
    • 请在升级前完成系统资料的备份,以防资料遗失。
      A full system backup must be completed before the upgrade to prevent data loss.

  3. IT Support / VPN Control / Virtual Machine
  4. IT 支援 / VPN 控制 / 虚拟机环境
  5. 请确认贵公司是否有 IT Support 人员 可以配合升级。
    Kindly confirm if your company has IT support available to assist with the upgrade.
  6. 如果为远程连接,请确认是否有使用 VPN 控制权限
    If remote connection is required, please confirm whether VPN access control is in place.
  7. 若系统运行在 虚拟机 Virtual Machine 上,请提前告知,以便我们做出适当安排。
    If your system is hosted in a Virtual Machine (VM) environment, please inform us in advance.

Estimated Upgrade Duration 升级所需时间
  • 升级过程预计会用上 30分钟至1小时之间
    The upgrade is estimated to take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
