Online / Onsite Training Appointment Standard Rules
1. Booking & Confirmation
All training appointments must be booked at least 5 working days in advance.
The appointment is confirmed only after the official confirmation email is received.
Changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the training date.
2. Training Duration
- Training times are as stated in the appointment confirmation.
- Late arrivals will be deducted from the scheduled training time.
- The trainer is not obliged to extend the session beyond the confirmed end time.
3. Participant Readiness
- The client is responsible for ensuring all required equipment (computer, internet, software) is set up and tested before the session.
- All relevant staff must be present and available at the appointed time.
4. Session Format
- Online Training: Will be conducted via agreed platforms ( Google Meet ). Client must have a stable internet connection.
- Onsite Training: Client must provide a suitable space with equipment (projector, screen, internet) as agreed.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- In the event of trainer illness or unexpected circumstances, the company reserves the right to reschedule.
6. Scope of Training
- Training is conducted based on the approved agenda.
- Additional topics or requests that arise during the session may be deferred to a separate appointment.
7. Training Materials
- All training materials and resources remain the intellectual property of the company.
- Unauthorized recording, duplication, or sharing of training materials is prohibited.
8. Client Obligations
- Ensure relevant staff have the basic required knowledge for the training.
- Provide a contact person for any questions before or after the session.
9. Company Rights
- The company reserves the right to amend or update these rules and policies when necessary.
