Responsibilities
- Help customers solve system issues and guide them to success
- Communicate and collaborate with internal product and training teams
- Turn complex workflows into simplified, intelligent solutions
- Keep improving — faster, smarter, and more fun every single day
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- STPM / High School Diploma or Higher
- Basic computer skills or above
- Basic English Communication
- Basic logic and comprehension skills
- Able to complete tasks independently
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Account Knowledge or Experience
- Logical or Analytical Skills
