Join UK Soft & Solution PLT and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality software training and implementation services. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in organizing training resources, assisting customer training sessions, and contributing to multilingual content creation.
In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation and coordination of customer training programs.
- Organize and maintain training materials, PPTs, and video libraries.
- Translate and adapt training content into multiple languages.
- Provide multilingual assistance during live training sessions.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training quality.
We are looking for proactive and creative individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for software products, and an eagerness to learn. This is a 2-4 month internship where you will enhance your technical, communication, and organizational abilities in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain training materials, PPT presentations, and video libraries.
- Assist and coordinate on-site customer training sessions.
- Collect and analyze training feedback forms.
- Translate training content and materials into multiple languages.
- Provide bilingual/multilingual guidance during training sessions.
- Translate multilingual feedback forms for internal review.
- Produce short tutorial videos in multiple languages.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a related degree
- Strong interest in software products and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Availability for a 2-month internship
Nice to have
- Experience in creating or editing online training content
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese, English or Malay)
- Familiarity with video editing or subtitle creation tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media)
